Born with female genitalia, Jacob was raised as a girl along with two sisters. From a very young age, Mia preferred dressing in boy's clothes and playing with toys like cars and trains. At first, Mia's behavior caused her parents to think of her as a tomboy. But Mia was sure from a very young age that she was actually a boy.
